David’s passion for residential real estate began as a boy working alongside his Grandfather and Father build 4 different family homes. Working among the different tradesmen gave David the experience which ultimately launched his career as a Master Plumber one that spanned 21 years. During which customer service, customer understanding and problem solving became a daily activity as he went on to developed Keystone Plumbing and General Contracting.

It is these lifetime experiences that enable David today to know the intricacies in and around your home and those within your next home. It is what sets David apart from other REALTORS®. 2017 marks David’s 18th year as a REALTOR®.

SELLERS in today’s market are often taken advantage of after a home inspection and forced to lower an already negotiated price for their home, because all too often their own REALTOR® doesn’t know enough about the very property which they have been entrusted to market.
